Exploring Castle MacFrights in Luigi's Mansion 3 brings a thrilling medieval theme packed with dangerous traps and clever secrets. Floor 6 contains six unique gemstones hidden across its halls, cellars, and armories. Finding every jewel requires players to master all of Luigi's gear, including the Dark-Light Device and Gooigi's abilities.
Locating the Hall and Corridor Gemstones
In the main hallway leading toward the coliseum, players can discover the Green Gem hiding behind a large wall hanging. Simply vacuum the tapestry to expose the wall behind it, then shine the Dark-Light Device to reveal the hidden jewel. To collect the Red Gem, head down the hallway featuring two flag banners and a green carpet. Use the Dark-Light on the right wall to uncover a hidden knight suit, then slam a Suction Shot plunger onto it to break it open.
Uncovering the Armory and Cellar Secrets
Heading into the Armory allows players to claim the Purple Gem by investigating the center structure. Target the loose wall brick with a Suction Shot plunger and pull hard to expose a hidden chest containing the prize. Over in the Cellar, navigate to the far right side of the room to spot a large standing barrel. Fire a Suction Shot onto the barrel cover, pull it open, and step inside to climb up toward the Blue Gem.
Solving the Cage-Life Room Puzzle
The Yellow Gem is locked safely inside a cage on the lower level of the Cage-Life Room. Have Luigi blow air onto the nearby wall fan to lower the cage completely to the floor. Once the cage is lowered, swap control over to Gooigi so he can slip right through the iron bars and grab the jewel.
Finding the Final Balcony Gemstone
After defeating King MacFrights in the coliseum arena, head east up the balcony stairs toward the exit. Along the hallway, you will pass two suits of armor standing guard.
